The Goldilocks Approach
With a large, nationwide company, its easy to get lost in the shuffle; 'mom-n-pops' dont have the training or equipment necessary to handle your property. Red Hydrant Property Care takes what we like to call the Goldilocks Approach. We do not handle national sports stadiums but we also do not provide residential maintenance either. We are a local company that caters to companies that aren't too big...nor are they too small.
American Made
We believe that this is the best country on earth and take pride in the ingenuity and spirit of the American worker. All of our equipment, from our tractors and small equipment to our work trucks and trailers are all made here in the USA. Even our uniform t-shirts are American made. We live here, we work here and we're proud of it.
Licensed and Insured
We carry all of the required insurances including general liability, worker's comp, commercial auto and even umbrella insurance. We also carry the necessary licensing to conduct business in our area. If there is ever a project that is out of our scope or too large, we work closely with local specialist and contractors to get the job done the right way and in the most efficient manner possible - all while working within your budgeting goals.

We live and work right here in the Tampa area. We love our community and invest in local programs to strengthen them whenever possible.
